Dumb butler gimp slave

The slave has now been in servitude to his Mistress and is getting to know her demands and expectations of him.
 
He very quickly learns that when she gave him his first set of rules during their first entry interview she omitted many subtle norms of her household. He soon learnt these the hard way, things such as how she liked to sleep in on a Sunday undisturbed. She had very many requirements of him and as trainee butler he discovered very quickly just how fast she was to anger.
 
Day by day, he realised just how complete her demands of him were, and even though he felt the constant pain and aggravation, he did his best to please his demanding Nubian Goddess, Mistress Ava Black.
