Seeking a human puppy/ Houston

I'm Mistress Leah and I love pet play. 
I am  Matrirch residing in Houston, Tx, recently my long time pet moved out of state so I am currently looking for a new puppy, the right individual must purchase ( or bring if you already own) a costume. This will be an ongoing training. 
Pet play is a fetish on which humans are released from human durtys and worries such as jobs, house payments, family supporting, etc. When you are a dog you no longer have adult responsabilities, ypur owner is in charge and she will make all desitions for you, it is a power exchange; dogs are human's best friend, therefore you will be very close to your owner and her female friends who adore cute puppies.

Not a 24h posistion, I am looking for someone who can train one to two hours a week (tribute is required)
