Desire to rent dungeon space in north Jersey

my Mistress desires to be served in a dungeon or just a private space in the north Jersey area possibly around parsippany. Would like possibly an hour maybe once or twice a week and will show total respect for Your kindness. Even a small basement space or garage or storage space would be great.
