~ Deposit & Cancellation Policy ~
A $100 deposit is due upon scheduling a session, and is necessary to "lock-in" your session date and time. This deposit will be subtracted from the total cost on the day of your session. If you are not able to pay the deposit, the session is *not* scheduled. This must be done electronically, as part of the vetting process.
Cancellations happen, life gets in the way, and I absolutely understand that. If you need to cancel between the day you put down your deposit and 2 days before your session, you'll absolutely receive 100% of your deposit back. However, any cancellation less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation charge, and less than 24 hours I will keep 100% your deposit. My, (and to a lesser extent, your) time and energy is valuable, and that must be respected.
