I'm back at it after my marathon (26.2 miles) yesterday, a time of 3 hours and 45 minutes, and in 80F heat, it was a tough one.  Fortunately, I get to work from my ass because I'm not walking very well today.  The hot weather is forecast to stick around here on the west coast of Canada and now that this silly running thing is behind me for a while, I plan to get to the beach, and do more outside than just run, run, run.  Speaking of HOT and the beach, our very own Mistress T has been making the treck to our local nude beach of late taking advantage of the weather and was good enough to snap a pic as the sun sets over Her shoulder creating an image that is bound to do more for Vancouver tourism than any expensive TV ad campaign.  Enjoy these additional  T images, as well, and be sure to check Her Site and Twitter for constant updates on Her amazing life!
