CANCELLATION POLICY:
I don’t require deposits, so My cancellation policy is simple; you get one chance to be an adult and either follow through and show up for your scheduled session, or to cancel in a reasonable amount of time if something changes and you can’t make it. Of course I do understand that sometimes things happen at the last minute, so you also get one free pass at a last minute cancellation. If it happens a second time though, you will be Blacklisted.
If you schedule an appointment and either don’t follow through with email confirmation, don’t confirm the day of the session by text message at the time and to the number provided, or worst of all, confirm and don’t show up, you will be permanently Blacklisted. The only way off the Blacklist is with a $400 tribute; the session tribute plus an inconvenience fee for wasting My time.
So, the moral of this story is, it’s not hard to drop a quick message saying “something came up”, or, “I changed my mind” or whatever; I don’t care. Booking a session and then ghosting will earn you a place on My Blacklist that will cost you to be removed from.
LATENESS POLICY :
Arriving late is to your own detriment. Your session time is your session time. For example, if I’ve scheduled you from 2-3pm, then that is the time I have allotted in My schedule for you. Most likely I have another session or personal matter to attend to afterwards. Therefore, if I’ve scheduled you for 2pm and you show up at 2:15, your session most likely will still need to end around 3pm. In the very rare case I don’t have anything scheduled afterwards and if I happen to be feeling generous, I may be able to extend your time a few minutes, but don’t expect it. And yes, your tribute for the full hour you scheduled will still be expected. So, just be on time. Simple as that.
This also applies to your confirmation; I will instruct you to text Me to confirm on the day of your session, usually two hours prior to your session time. You may send the text earlier if you need to, but definitely NOT later. I don’t start getting ready until I receive this confirmation, so if you confirm late, I may not be able to be ready by your scheduled time. If you confirm extremely late, I will not be able to see you at all and will consider it a no show.
